Comment on Installation: We write to say thank you for the professional manner with which you have conducted the installation of 2 reverse cycle units at our property.
Original Quote: We were delighted with the manner that John Mellors explained the different units and established the most suitable units for our property. Any question we raised was clearly and honestly answered.
Second Quote: As we had to deal with the Body Corporate to obtain permission to install the units, John very graciously returned to our property and helped the Body Corporate members understand the benefits of the units. The concerns they had as to noise etc was clearly explained by John and permission was granted.
Installation: The installers arrived at the time arranged and the work was carried out in a manner that has been thoroughly approved by the Body Corporate members who were initially concerned with the installation. The work place was left extremely clean and the whole process was a credit to the 4 members of you staff who were the installers. There were some difficulties with the location of services. But the difficulties were handled with a minimum of fuss and bother.
Conclusion: We would be happy to recommend your company to anyone seeking the services of a company offering the services that your company provides.

HI all. I just want to say thanks to everyone for the great service. Everyone I dealt with from John, the girls on the phone and the guys who installed the central heating was extremely helpful, pleasant and efficient. A special thanks to the guys who did the installation who had to cope with a house full of tradesmen, lousy weather and 3 dogs. They were great. The whole experience was totally pain free.
